Oslo Workshop on WP3 completed, Febuary 2012

In February 2012 the TOP-NEST team met in Oslo to further develop the approach for Work Package 3 and catch up on progress so far. A more detailed plan for next steps was established, including the upcoming pilot analysis of path dependencies related to bio fuels.
